64bit processors ,what does that mean?

64bit processors are the most powerful processors, it can do many process

faster than 32bit processors like running a game,playing music,downloading

 something from the internet and more all in the same time,but not at the speed

of  64bit multi-core processors.

AMD was the first company to use the 64bit structure in its processors under the

name "Athelon 64".

64bit structure has a doubled bandwidth of 32bit structure,so it can do more.

But notice that:

1.64bit processors need a compatible motherboards.Not any motherboard will

   work with these processors.

2.64bit processors give out great heat,so make sure that you have an efficient

   cooling solution.

3.To enjoy the features of the 64bit processors,you must install windows xp 64bit 

  or windows vista 64bit, otherwise,all 64bit features will not be used.
